In this 8-week drill series, you can expect a fun, fast-paced workout, combining snaky Belly Dance moves with intense core, glute, leg and arm drills, while we explore the fundamental movements of Belly Dance to better develop our strength, stamina, and posture!
Each 1-hour class is power-packed, and includes a yoga sequence, Belly Dance drills and combinations, and a workout that will leave you sweaty, sore, and stronger!
Nicole Yvonne provides modifications for a variety of body types and athletic abilities, and welcomes experienced and brand-new Belly Dancers to this fun series in an engaging, supportive environment.
