We’ll explore fundamental yoga postures (asanas), breathwork, and meditation to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness in a supportive, approachable setting.
Each week builds on the last, helping you develop a confident, sustainable yoga practice with a trauma-informed instructor.
Join our workshop host, Valerie Lake, at Open Space on Friday evenings to start your weekend with wellness.
