Yoga For Recovery

A Trauma -informed practice ~ On donation

Fridays, 7:30 - 8:45 PM with Keith

This class will be a Trauma informed movement and meditation practice. Start with a strong and grounding sequence followed by a gentle, relaxation practice to nourish and connect to the body. The class is designed to help cultivate our own inner strength and confidence and to recognize and utilize available supports both within and around us to aid in the recovery process.

Our goal: sustained long term recovery while building community, friendships, and additional support structures. 

  • All are welcome

  • No experience necessary

  • The hardest part is showing up

  • You can do it

  • Chai and social time offered at the end of class
