Integrative Community Yoga is not your average yoga class—it’s a weekly sanctuary for movement, breath, connection, and real healing. This is a space where we get to be fully human. We laugh, stretch, share, release, and reawaken the joy that lives inside all of us. Each class is a living ceremony, woven with breathwork, improv games, authentic relating, and soulful movement—designed to dissolve stress, build community, and ignite inner peace.

Some days we dance. Some days we cry. Some days we sit in silence or share poetry, pull mythology cards, or read from books that nourish the spirit. Every session is different, shaped by who shows up and what wants to come through.
