This educational and functional fitness class is designed to teach women how to effectively restore their core, improve posture, and move safely and confidently after having a baby. This is an 8 week progressive series with small class size and two instructors to ensure safety and individual attention.
Participants must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by their medical provider before starting.
This is a mamas only class, please arrange for child care.

Melissa Sundberg, Doctor of Physical Therapy
With extensive training in orthopedics and pelvic health, Melissa has become passionate about pelvic health and postpartum education. She maintains a special interest in treating women seeking pre- and post-natal physical therapy and has been teaching postpartum classes for over 5 years.
Jennah Jones, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Pilates Instructor
Jennah has extensive training in orthopedics and is a certified Rehabilitation Pilates instructor through STOTT Pilates. As a new mom herself, Jennah is passionate about helping moms safely return to exercise and active lifestyles after baby.
