I am the Adjunct Instructor of Yoga at UAA, a Certified Yoga Therapist, C-IAYT, and a Licensed Massage Therapist, LMT. My trademarked style of yoga, Spinal Floss, has touched thousands of students and how they move, think, and breathe in their daily lives. I am the director of yoga for Anchorage Radiation Therapy at Regional Hospital for cancer patients and survivors.
