Always a student and a lifelong Alaskan, I have immersed myself in the ancient practices of yoga for over a decade. While my roots are in Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and classical Hatha yoga, my deepest passion is sound healing and the beautiful spaces it creates for rest, reflection, and connection.

Sound Baths are immersive experiences designed to help you slow down, soften, and simply be. I weave together crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, tuning forks, and other sacred instruments from around the world to create layered, ethereal soundscapes. Sometimes there is meditation, breathwork, ritual, or a little bit of magic woven in—but there is never anything you need to accomplish. Simply arrive, get comfortable, listen, and let the sound do what it does.
I’m endlessly curious about the relationship between sound, movement, breath, and the nervous system, and I’m always learning and experimenting with new ways to create meaningful experiences. My offerings often blend sound with yoga, seasonal rituals, cacao, and moments of stillness, creating space to release what feels heavy and reconnect with what feels good.

Yoga and sound have taken me around the world as both a student and a teacher, and I’m grateful that this practice continues to be a journey of curiosity, connection, and coming home myself.
