A playful four-week introduction to the fundamentals of partner movement, weight sharing, balance, and connection. This all-levels series is designed for people who are completely new to acroyoga as well as those who already have some experience and want to deepen their practice. Each class will introduce accessible partner shapes, foundational acroyoga techniques, and opportunities to explore movement through curiosity, communication, and play.

There will be plenty of opportunities to practice, experiment, laugh, and discover what your body can do.

No prior experience is necessary. You are welcome to bring an acroyoga partner, friend, or significant other, but you do not need to arrive with a partner. Participants can be paired up during class, and we encourage everyone to approach the practice with a spirit of openness, collaboration and play!

Across the four-week series, we'll explore:

  • the fundamentals of safely sharing weight with another person

  • find balance, our own and in partnership

  • communicate through movement

  • develop trust and body awareness

Acroyoga can be a wonderful way to stretch and move your body, decompress and mobilize the spine, build strength and balance, cultivate mindfulness, and connect with another person through shared movement. Most importantly, we're here to have fun and create a welcoming environment where participants can learn at their own pace.

Come ready to move, connect, play, and leave feeling a little lighter.
