Show up for an in-depth 3-hour morning practice to incorporate pranayama, rigorous vinyasa fusion and an exploration of advanced postures in alignment with Maya Yoga methodology. Practice in a conscious and safe way that allows us to mindfully undo stress and dissolve tensions related to our daily life. In the afternoon, turn it upside down with inversions, philosophical discussion, pranayama and meditation.

Assist students and peers by improving your ability to see the individual and assess what they are needing most in any given pose. We will look at chaturanga dandasana, various standing postures, and savasana. This class is essential for all teachers who are interested in helping students progress in the asanas through intuitive and safe adjustments.
