I have been practicing yoga for over a decade. Along with a variety of other spiritual practices, yoga has enriched my life and increased the flexibility of my mind, body and soul. I was introduced to Kundalini on the Big Island of Hawaii in 2011, and it was love at first breath. It became an instant passion and is such a healing, invigorating and beautiful practice, I knew I wanted to share it with others. Only a short year later, I met my Dr. Siri Gian Singh Khalsa, and started my training. I've been teaching ever since.

As Yogi Bhajan said “90% of yoga is just showing up.” I believe this is true in all of life. If you can really show up and be present, life will be full off success and joy. It's my hope to offer tools to help you show up in all aspects of life energized, confident and grounded. I approach Kundalini from a history deeply rooted in meditation, and a highly active lifestyle. It's my goal to blend the best of both into a balanced, calming yet energizing practice for all experience levels, with special focus on Chakra activation and alignment through Pranayam.
