New! TUESDAYS, 4:30-6 PM WITH ANASTASIYA
Whether you’re brand new to yoga, or you’ve been practicing yoga a little while and want a deeper understanding of alignment, this class is for you! This class focuses on building a strong foundation so that your yoga is yours for life. The class will combine strengthening, stretching and balancing asanas, vinyasa and breathing techniques. We will be learning how to properly align your body in poses to prevent injuries and to optimize its benefits. We will be learning how to keep balance and stability while working on mobility, and how to keep your breath flowing naturally.
All levels welcome.
